1. Q: What's an "e-Book"?
A: It's just like a regular book that you buy at book stores but in electronic form and has some great advantages:

1. You can read it immediately after your purchase because it's a computer file

2. Because it's electronic you don't have to pay any shipping costs, you access it online

3. Our eBooks are easy to update so feature current information, they're not outdated like those bulky paper travel guides

4. They're environmentally friendly since you only print the pages you want

2. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card on your site?
A: Purchasing with NineBlue is safe. When you purchase one of our products you are making your payment via Google Checkout or Paypal, two leading web names you know and trust. Google or Paypal process the payment on your credit card and we deliver your goods to you--it's a great partnership.

3. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: If you pay via Google Checkout, your order will almost always be delivered immediately. Purchases via Paypal are a little slower requiring up to a two to three hour wait.
 
4. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We offer any form of payment that is accepted by Google Checkout or Paypal, primarily credit cards and debit cards.
 
5. Q: Are there any shipping cost associated with your products?
A: No. Since our products are digital, there is not shipping costs as they are delivered to you immediately in electronic form (please see comments on PayPal delivery delays noted on item number 2).
 
6. Q: I never received my order. I thought electronic delivery meant that I would get this by e-mail. What does it mean?
A: Electronic delivery does mean that you'll receive the order via "electronic means." Normally, when paying with Google Checkout, you'll be forwarded to a page that contains all the necessary information to access, open and view your e-Book immediately after your payment.

If there is a delay or for some reason this page does not appear, please e-mail us via the Google Checkout receipt you receive via e-mail so that we may send you details on accessing your purchase. When paying via Paypal you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from NineBlue with all necessary details on accessing your purchase within two to three hours after your payment is processed.
 
7. Q: I have downloaded the ebook and saved it to my hard drive. But when I entered the password that I chose at the time of purchase, the error I get is that the password is incorrect.
A: Firstly, ensure that you are using the NineBlue issued password instead of your Google Checkout or Paypal password used for payment on their systems.

Secondly, note that the e-book password is CaSe SeNsItivE and as such you'll want to type your assigned password in the letter case that as it appears on your order reciept.
 
8. Q: Can I print out my ebook?
A: Yes, the e-book are fully printable, in whole or selected pages.
 
9. Q: Will I be mailed a "hard copy" of this ebook?
A: No. Our e-book products are digital only and as such there is no need for delivery.

A: The password to open your e-book (also called the "key") is issued after payment and is distinct from your Google Checkout password. The same applies when using Paypal, your Paypal password is not the password to access your e-book, which is issued after payment by NineBlue.
 
11. Q: I'd like to get your e-book to be able to plan a tour with my family but I tried to create an account and in the location box my country is not an available option to choose. What can I do to get it?
A: You can pay for your e-Book using either Google Checkout or Paypal. Residents of most countries are able to pay using either one of these safe payment systems. If you don't find your country listed on Google Checkout, navigate back to the e-Book product page and select the "pay via Paypal" web link to use the Paypal system to purchase your product.

Please note that by using Google Checkout you'll usually have immediate access to read your purchase, however using Paypal will result in a delay of normally no more than two hours.
